Iben Schmidt Helbirk

Iben Schmidt Helbirk is Senior Vice President for People & Organisation in the VELUX Group., including Internal Communication. Iben is responsible for the global people agenda and the development of the organisation to support the realisation of the strategy.

Iben joined VELUX in 2018 from a position as Corporate Vice President of People & Communication at Novo Nordisk Engineering. Iben has extensive experience within bridging business and HR strategies to ensure continuous organisational development. Iben has a M.Sc. in International Marketing & Management from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
