Jan Korsgaard has extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Shop Floor Manager at VELUX since 2004, Jan has previously held multiple positions in the Royal Danish Air Force from 1989 to 2004, progressing through ranks from Konstabel to Oversergent. Prior to that, Jan worked as an Automekaniker at Volvo from 1985 to 1989. Educationally, Jan completed an Akademiuddannelse in Leadership and Management at Erhvervsakademi Midt Vest from 2014 to 2017 and received military training producing qualifications as an Oversergent and Sergent from the Royal Danish Air Force.
