Joan Christensen

Joan Christensen is currently a Senior HR Business Partner at VELUX, where Joan executes and supports annual global HR processes for the Supply Engineering & Product Introduction organization. Previously, Joan worked as the Head of HR Department at Sydvestjysk Sygehus and as HR Key Account Manager at ECCO Shoes. With a wealth of experience in various HR roles, Joan has a strong background in organizational development, change management, and coaching. Joan holds a MBA from Syddansk Universitet and is also certified as a Systemic Coach.
