Rune Nielsen

Rune Nielsen has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Projektingeniør, Projektleder, and Production Engineer at VELUX since January 2006. Responsibilities include project management, implementing UV adhesive technology, optimizing adhesive processes, and sourcing production for overseas manufacturing. Prior to VELUX, Rune Nielsen worked as a Tool Maker at Kifa Plast from June 1999 to June 2003, where expertise included the production of plastic injection molds using CNC milling, wire cutting, and setup of molding machines. Rune Nielsen holds a degree from Erhvervsakademi Midtjylland, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a student degree from HTX Herning Techniske Skole, completed from 1996 to 1999.
