Alex Bordini

Alex Bordini is an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in developing and monitoring data pipelines across various industries. Currently working at Velv by OnRising, Alex focuses on Ecommerce clients utilizing Airflow, Python, Spark, and Hive. Previous roles include leadership at Johnson & Johnson in data ingestion and AWS solutions, as well as experience at EY in the Banking sector, where Alex developed data ingestion pipelines with Hive and Teradata. Additional experience includes automating monitoring processes at Semantix, developing ingestion pipelines related to retail data at everis, and a long tenure at IBM as a Cognos Specialist. Alex began a career as a Process Analyst at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) and Johnson & Johnson, gaining expertise in process improvement and BI reporting. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Analise de Sistemas e Desenvolvimento de Jogos from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP.
