Danielle Divis

Danielle Divis has extensive work experience in the field of education, primarily as a mathematics teacher. Danielle started their teaching career at Paradigm High School in 2012 and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Danielle worked as a mathematics teacher at Ascent Academies of Utah. In 2019, they joined REAL SALT LAKE ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL as a Mathematics Teacher and continued in this role until 2022. During this time, Danielle also took on additional responsibilities as a Course Developer at Utah State University from 2020 to 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor at Brigham Young University from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, Danielle transitioned to the role of Manager of Customer Service at Velvet before being promoted to Chief of Staff in 2023.

Danielle Divis holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Utah State University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts - MA in Mathematics Education from Brigham Young University between 2013 and 2016. Furthermore, they hold a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mathematics Education from Brigham Young University, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Danielle has obtained certifications including a Level 4 Mathematics Endorsement and a Utah Secondary Teaching License Level II from the Utah State Board of Education, both obtained in January 2020.
