Deepu Chatterjee

Deepu Chatterjee currently serves as Lead HR Operations at Vena Energy since May 2021, delivering essential backend HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Human Resources Manager at Neles, Manager of Human Resources at Essel Group, and HRBP at HCL Technologies. Deepu also completed an MBA project at Doosan Babcock focused on strategy formulation for operational excellence in R&D. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
