Mike Pettersen has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in architecture and leadership roles. Mike currently serves as the VP of Architecture at Vena Solutions. Prior to this, they held various positions at Manulife, starting as the VP and Chief Architect for the Canadian segment before becoming the AVP and Chief Architect for the company. Mike also worked at Finastra as the Group Lead of Advanced Research Patterns & Practices, where they led a team of architects and developers, defined the company's cloud-first strategy, and supported strategic initiatives.
