Nicole Diceman

Nicole Diceman, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Nicole currently works at Vena Solutions, where they hold the position of Director of Product Marketing. Nicole joined the company in November 2016 as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and was promoted to their current role in February 2021.

Prior to joining Vena Solutions, Nicole worked at PROPHIX Software for a significant portion of their career. During their time at PROPHIX, they held multiple roles, including Product Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for market strategy development, sales support, event management, and market analysis. Before transitioning into marketing, Nicole worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer and a Senior Consultant, where they utilized their strong communication, analytical, technical, and project management skills to design and deploy software solutions for clients.

Nicole also gained valuable experience at State Street, where they worked as a Manager in the Investment Manager Group from May 1997 to August 1999.

Nicole Diceman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business. Nicole also has a Bachelor's degree (HBA) in Economics and Financial Management from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained various certifications, including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute and certifications in Foundations and Focus from Pragmatic Institute and Pragmatic Marketing, respectively.
