R&D Engineer at Vena Vitals

Eng Lim has held various positions since 2014. Eng started as a LHTP Tutor at the Lincoln Height Tutorial Program in 2014. In 2018, they worked as a Crew Member at Panda Express, where they operated the register, stocked shelves, and cleaned and organized the dining area. In 2019, Eng Lim worked as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at The Edward Lifesciences Center at UC Irvine, where they performed experiments related to research and submitted a paper for review to Nature Communications. Eng also held a position as a Biological Chemistry Lab Assistant at White Space in 2019. In 2021, Eng Lim became a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Irvine and an R&D Engineer at Vena Vitals, where they fabricated soft wearable sensors for continuous blood pressure monitoring and performed quality tests on newly made sensors as per written metrics before sending them to clinical sites.

Eng Lim began their educational journey in 2013 when they attended Abraham Lincoln Senior High School. Eng then attended UC Irvine from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering. Eng Lim is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at UC Irvine, which they expect to complete in 2022.
