Nate Frischknecht

Nate Frischknecht has a strong background in financial reporting and technical accounting. Nate is currently working at Venafi as the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. In this role, they have successfully led the implementation of ASC 606 within internal deadlines, under budget, and without audit findings. Prior to Venafi, Nate worked at EY as a Senior Manager in Assurance Services. Nate was responsible for reviewing public company filings, managing client relationships, and presenting audit results to boards of directors. Nate also created technical accounting memos that were reviewed by EY's national office professional practice group. Before EY, Nate held various accounting roles at The Siegfried Group, EnergySolutions, Deloitte, Hewitt Petroleum Inc, Ernst & Young, and 1-800 CONTACTS.

Nate Frischknecht obtained an MAcc degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University between 2001 and 2007. Nate also holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Colorado, which they obtained in 2008.
