Tom Colligan

Tom Colligan, CPA has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Tom currently serves as the Senior Director of Accounting at Venafi, where they are responsible for managing keys and certificates in the cyber security domain. Prior to this role, they worked as the Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller at Venafi.

Before joining Venafi, Tom worked as the Financial Reporting Manager at AgReserves, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Tom also gained significant experience as an Audit Manager at Tanner LLC, the largest locally owned accounting firm in Utah. During their time at Tanner LLC, they advised rapidly growing companies and played a key role in equity and debt financing transactions.

Tom's early career includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at USU School of Accountancy, a Night Manager at Anniversary Inn, and an Accountant at Junior Engineering - Utah State University. These experiences have provided him with a well-rounded background in accounting and financial management.

Tom Colligan, CPA, earned a Masters of Science (MS) in Professional Accounting from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the same university in 2002-2007. In 2010, Tom Colligan obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
