Prior to this role, Terry held key positions including Corporate Controller at Indicor, VP Corporate Controller at Wilton Brands, and VP Corporate Controller at Ferrara Candy Company, where significant financial transformations and successful sales were achieved. Terry's earlier career includes management roles at World Kitchen and Fellowes, along with a decade at EY, focusing on audits for mid-sized companies. A graduate of Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Terry possesses strong expertise in financial management, reporting, process improvement, and leadership within various sectors.
