Najla Aissaoui

Najla Aissaoui's work experience began in 2016 as an intern at Délice Danone. In 2017, they had another internship at VIVO ENERGY, where they focused on training reports and workplace safety. Najla then joined Newrest as an intern from October 2017 to January 2018.

In 2018, Najla joined Mantu as a Senior IT Talent Acquisition professional, where they were responsible for developing staffing plans, coordinating with managers, and managing a team of recruiters. Najla also had the role of SAP Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruitment strategies for SAP positions in multiple markets.

From 2019 to 2020, Najla worked at SKourcing as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in digital, management support, and engineering roles in the aeronautical, aerospace, and automotive industries. Najla implemented recruitment strategies, sourced candidates, and managed customer relationships.

In 2020, Najla took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at SKourcing, where they developed talent acquisition strategies, executed employer branding activities, and led the recruiting team. Najla also served as a proxy product owner for an internal recruitment tool.

During 2021, Najla's work experience was focused on being a mother.

Currently, in 2022, Najla is working at Venari Security as the Head of Human Resources.

Najla Aissaoui completed a Master's degree in Hygiene and Security at Faculté des sciences De Tunis el manar, from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Ingenierie des vivants et des milieux, specializing in Science Environnementale, at Higher institu of sciences & technologies of environment of Borj Cedria, from 2013 to 2016.
