Gemma Hubbert

Gemma Hubbert's work experience begins with their role as Global HR Leader at Venator Materials Plc, starting in 2017. In this position, they partnered with senior leadership of the global Venator shared service organisations in various locations. Gemma managed a core headcount of approximately 600 associates who supported around 3500 employees worldwide. Prior to this, they worked at Huntsman from 2013 to 2017 as an HR Manager, overseeing a team of HR Business Partners and supporting multi-divisional leaders and associates through a period of major change and growth. Before that, they held the position of HR Manager at Morrisons from 2006 to 2013.

Gemma Hubbert holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Development from Northumbria University. Gemma also has a BA (hons) degree in History from The University of Manchester. In addition, they obtained an Associate Member certification from CIPD in August 2009.
