Zaiton abu Bakar

Zaiton Abu Bakar has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Zaiton is currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Venator Materials Plc since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from April 2015 to September 2021.

Before joining Venator Materials Plc, Zaiton worked for Schlumberger where they held several HR-related positions. From May 2013 to March 2015, they were the BMP OFS/RPG Human Resource Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Relocation Manager for Brunei, Malaysia, and the Philippines from January 2010 to April 2013. Additionally, they held the role of Personnel Manager from February 2008 to January 2010.

Zaiton's career in human resources began at Automotive service(M) Sdn Bhd, where they worked as the Division Head for HR, Procurement, and Business Development from October 2000 to January 2008.

Zaiton Abu Bakar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA, which they pursued from 1997 to 1999. During the same period, they also completed a Diploma in Banking Studies from the same institution.
