Lal Pearce

Lal Pearce has over 35 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the chemicals and materials industry. Lal started their career as a Senior Sales Representative at ConocoPhillips, where they were responsible for selling industrial chemicals and surfactants. Lal then joined Alcoa as a Commercial Manager, overseeing the start-up of a new business division focused on the manufacturing of high-purity alumina. Lal's success in this role led to the division being sold to Alcoa's Industrial Chemicals Division.

After working at Alcoa, Lal joined Authentix as a Senior Vice President, responsible for government-focused business development in the oil and gas business unit. At Authentix, they played a key role in closing a significant fuel integrity program contract in the Middle East. Lal then moved on to Summit Technologies Company Ltd., where they served as Vice President, Well Products and Services.
