Massimiliano Paino

Massimiliano Paino has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Massimiliano started their career in 1989 at Tioxide Italia SpA, where they worked as a PLC Automation Analyst, specializing in the development of custom software for PLCs and SCADA systems. Massimiliano then joined Huntsman Tioxide in 1993 and held various positions, including Automation Systems Maintenance Responsible, Local IT Security and DCS Systems Responsible, and Lead Planner & Costs Control. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring the integrity and maintenance of automation systems, managing IT security for WAN sites, and planning and scheduling maintenance works and plant shutdowns. Massimiliano also served as a superuser for the SAP R/3 PM module and developed KPIs for tracking maintenance costs.
