Richard Verhagen

Richard Verhagen is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since May 2017, Richard has served as the Director of Global Procurement at Venator Materials Plc, overseeing a team of 27 FTE responsible for strategic and tactical purchasing, supplier management, and compliance across various categories including feedstock, raw materials, and logistics. Prior to this, Richard held several key positions at Huntsman Corporation, including Director of Corporate Purchasing for Europe, and at LyondellBasell in various capacities culminating as Director of Supply Europe for Utilities & Industrial Gases. Richard's educational background includes a BBA in Business Administration from Newport University and an Engineering degree in Chemical Technology from HBO University.
