Theodora K. began their work experience as a Graduate - Strategic Procurement Controller at Tharsus in September 2020, where they worked until September 2022. Theodora then became a Strategic Procurement Controller at Tharsus from October 2022 until April 2023. Following this, they joined Venator Materials Plc as a Commercial Buyer in April 2023.

Theodora K. completed their Master of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with Lean Six Sigma at Heriot-Watt University from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. This includes becoming an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor from iqms Learning Ltd in March 2022. Theodora also completed an introductory course to ERP with SAP through the SAP University Alliances Program at Heriot Watt University in May 2019. Furthermore, they received the Future Thinker award from the Scottish Innovative Student Awards in October 2018.
