Calvin P. Engle, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Calvin P. currently holds the position of Account Executive at Venatus since January 2023. Prior to this, they founded and led Sol Hydration Company from June 2021 to November 2022, where they aimed to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being.

From September 2020 to May 2021, Calvin served as the Partnerships and Sales Director at Elo Entertainment, where they focused on expanding the media sales team and selling media and sponsorships.

Before that, they worked at Twitch as a Senior Client Strategist from November 2018 to September 2020 and as a Client Strategist from July 2017 to November 2019. Their responsibilities included providing ad sales solutions, prospecting for new business, and serving as a resource for clients.

Calvin also has a military background, having served in the US Army from May 2018 to July 2020 as a Battle Captain in S3 Operations. Prior to that, they held leadership roles as a 1st Lieutenant and 2nd Lieutenant, leading infantry platoons and developing strong leadership skills. Calvin P. also served as a Cadet in the James Madison University ROTC program during their time at the university.

Before their military service, Calvin gained experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Calvin P. worked as a Digital Sales Planner at Captivate, LLC from October 2016 to June 2018, where they helped create and manage digital and programmatic advertising sales proposals. Prior to that, they were a Client Service Representative at Comedy Central from January 2015 to October 2016, managing TV campaigns and fostering strong internal and external relations with agencies.

In 2014, Calvin worked as an Account Executive at Wave Marketing, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales and coordinating events with Verizon Fios. Calvin P. also served as a Building Manager at James Madison University in 2013, organizing events and managing facilities.

Additionally, Calvin played a significant role in Delta Upsilon Fraternity from 2012 to 2013, where they were a founding father and social chair. Calvin P. helped grow and develop the organization, planned events, and acted as an intermediary with university organizations.

Calvin P. Engle, MBA, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University. Calvin P. also holds an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Tech, and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers University. In terms of additional certifications, Calvin obtained a Certified Yoga Teacher (200hr) qualification from Yoga Alliance in November 2021. In March 2020, they completed the IAB Digital Fundamentals Course from IAB. Calvin also holds an Army Operations Security Program Manager - Level II certification from the United States Department of the Army, obtained in August 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Real-time Advertising Fundamentals from Quantcast in May 2018 and OPSEC Level 1 for Military, DoD, Contractors from Defense Security Service in August 2017. Calvin also holds a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certificate from CrossFit, obtained in February 2018, and completed the IAB Digital Fundamentals Course from IAB Learning in April 2017.
