Lotte Van de Ven

Lotte van de Ven has worked at multiple companies in various roles. Lotte started working at Pas Reform in 2003 as a Project Manager and stayed there until September 2007. In 2008, they joined Vencomatic BV as a PhD student and worked there until October 2012. In November 2012, they moved to Vencomatic Group and took on the role of Marketing & Innovation Manager. In May 2018, they were promoted to CEO of the company.

Lotte van de Ven started their education at Rythovius College in 1992 and completed their VWO degree in 1998. Following that, they attended Wageningen University & Research from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Animal Sciences.
