Don Ratchford

Don Ratchford has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering. Don began their career in 1990 at Lockheed Martin, where they worked on various projects related to system architecture development, geospatial intelligence programs, and national intelligence systems. Don also took on a leadership role in the DoD Information Support and was responsible for defining interfaces and system requirements for the Distributed Common Ground System-Navy Program Office. In 2010, Ratchford joined Vencore Inc. as a systems engineer, where they specialized in ASP project management and system deployments and transitions. In 2015, they joined L3 Technologies - Communication Systems-East as a system engineer.

Don Ratchford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, in October 2014, they obtained a certification in the Scaled Agile Framework (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
