Jeff Schaffer

Jeff Schaffer began their work experience as a Cost Accountant at Atlas Car and Manufacturing Company in 1977. Jeff then moved on to Gould Inc., where they worked as a Cost Accounting and Budget Manager from 1981 to 1988. While at Gould Inc., they implemented the Division's first standard cost accounting system and developed inventory valuation policies and procedures.

In 1988, Jeff joined Sun Microsystems as a Finance Program Manager, specifically as a Lead Time Communications Manager. During their time there, they developed a web-based lead-time performance and status report, designed and implemented lead time performance metrics, and initiated weekly reviews to identify and address problems.

From 2003 to 2012, Jeff worked at QinetiQ North America and held various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst and Indirect Rate Manager. As the Indirect Rate Manager, they developed policies and procedures for billing and forward pricing rates development and indirect rate review processes, successfully demonstrating them to the Defense Contract Audit Agency.

In 2014, Jeff joined Vencore Inc. as a Program Financial Analyst, Senior Principal.
