Natália Mazzolani Zucchini

Natália Mazzolani Zucchini has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain management and operations. Natália is currently working as an Operations Manager at Vendah, starting in November 2022. Previously, they worked at SumUp from 2018 to 2022, holding different roles. At SumUp, they started as an Operations Analyst - Logistics, where they were responsible for inventory reconciliation, built the first Logistics RCSA, and improved delivery time and costs. Natália then became a Supply Chain Analyst, followed by a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, where they mentored assistants, built a successful sales plan, and negotiated with suppliers. Later, they worked as a Supply Chain Coordinator, overseeing the coordination of supply chain activities. Finally, they served as a Supply Chain Manager, leading a team, managing a significant budget, implementing cost-saving projects, implementing sustainable initiatives, and establishing partnerships with suppliers. Overall, Natália has demonstrated strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in their roles.

Natália Mazzolani Zucchini completed their bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at UFSCar - Alumni from 2013 to 2017. In 2021 to 2022, they pursued their post-graduate studies, specifically a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Sustentabilidade Empresarial, at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul. Natália also obtained a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in August 2022.
