Karolina Vystrcilova

Karolina Vystrcilova is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Vendavo since May 2022, overseeing strategy delivery across the Czech Republic, EMEA, and India. Previously, Karolina held the position of Human Resources Director at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where Karolina was also a member of the Board of Directors. Earlier roles include Senior HR Business Partner at ADP Employer Services, HR Business Partner at Česká spořitelna, and Senior HR Consultant at Karneval Media. Karolina's career began with positions at Komerční banka and ILF Consulting Engineers, as well as a role as Project Assistant at Accenture. Karolina holds a degree from Prague University of Economics and Business and completed the HBA program at Ivey Business School.
