Marcus Shutta is an accomplished leader in professional services with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as SVP of Global Professional Services & Support at Vendavo since March 2025, Marcus previously held the position of Global Vice President of Professional Services at LiveRamp, where oversight of a $45M global services P&L contributed to significant customer value and satisfaction. Prior to LiveRamp, Marcus was the Global Head of Marketing Cloud - Customer Success & Services at Salesforce, leading a diverse team to enhance product adoption and drive a $3B cloud business unit.
