Sarah Smaltz

Sarah Smaltz is the Director of Operations for Consultant Onboarding at Vendorpass. Sarah has over eight years of experience in managing operations and onboarding departments across multiple channels and functions. Sarah is responsible for the overall management of the onboarding department, including efficiency of operations, appointment of qualified key personnel, and ensuring that each layer of management is properly instructed to perform their duties and responsibilities while achieving departmental goals/KPIs and SLAs. Sarah also designs strategies to reinforce culture objectives and to align workforce behaviors, processes, and practices to the vision, mission, values, and cultural principles. In addition, Sarah leads high impact transformation initiatives and change management contributing to the overall outcomes, definition, scoping, design, and delivery. Sarah also works directly with customers to set appropriate expectations, address customer goals, determine target dates, manage customer tasks, and provide regular project updates during the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle. Sarah also shares metrics regularly with internal stakeholders and manages multiple simultaneous onboarding projects at one time. Sarah also drives operational excellence and enhances existing onboarding technology/tools; introduces innovation and automation into the process where possible to allow for a focus on the moments that matter.

Sarah Smaltz attended Mississippi College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice / Psychology. Sarah was active in collegiate softball while they were there. Sarah then attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts. Sarah was again active in collegiate softball while they were there.
