Michael Lykkeskov

Michael Lykkeskov is a seasoned professional in sports psychology and performance enhancement with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as People & Culture Koordinator and Talent Koordinator at JCD A/S since September 2022, Michael has also been working as a Præstationspsykologisk konsulent for Vendsyssel FF since January 2022, where responsibilities include conducting workshops for players and coaches. Previous roles encompass Head of Performance at Vendsyssel FF, Præstationspsykologisk konsulent at Refiner.dk, and educator and psychological advisor at Thisted Gymnasium og HF. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Psychology from Aalborg University, Michael specializes in tailoring performance strategies, conducting workshops, and providing mental and physical training to athletes.
