Rodrigo Naranjo Escovar is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in the Latin American market, currently serving as Managing Partner at VIPCapital since January 2011, where responsibilities include advising multinational companies and large Venezuelan firms on M&A, equity, debt raising, and project finance. Additionally, Naranjo Escovar is a Board Member of CONAPRI, which promotes foreign investments in Venezuela, and a Founder and Board Member of Venecápital, a private capital association aimed at developing Venezuela's private capital industry.
