Kalash R. Rathore has a diverse work experience in the field of audio-visual and information communication technology. Kalash started their career at Globus Infocom Ltd as a Product Executive, where they conducted market research and prepared product comparison charts. Kalash later became an Assistant Manager of Product and Research, managing the entire line-up of AV products and solutions and developing new integrated solutions for education and training.

Kalash then joined Extra Dimensions Pvt Ltd as a Technical Lead, specializing in designing audio-visual solutions and applications. Kalash gained expertise in various AV technologies such as video walls, video conferencing systems, Crestron SIMPL Programming, and more.

After that, Kalash worked at Crestron Electronics as a Senior Application Engineer. In this role, they provided training, design, and technical support to Crestron channel partners, helping them adapt Crestron technologies and products into various AVSI projects across different market segments.

Currently, Kalash is employed at Veneklasen Associates, Inc. as the Head of AV, ICT & Security. Their responsibilities include overseeing AV, ICT, and security projects, ensuring their successful implementation.

Throughout their career, Kalash has consistently focused on expanding their technical knowledge in the AVSI industry through constant study and research of AVSI products and market trends.

Kalash R. Rathore completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Lord Buddha Institute of Technology, Kota University from 2003 to 2006. Kalash then pursued an MBA specializing in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management between 2006 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Kalash has obtained several certifications including the AVIXA Certified AV Technologist from AVIXA in July 2020, the Microflex Complete Technical Enablement - Modules 4-6 from Shure Incorporated in August 2019, the Microflex Complete Technical Enablement - Modules 1-3 from Shure Incorporated in July 2019, the DMC-D-4K certification from Crestron Electronics in April 2017, the Crestron RL 101 certification from Crestron Electronics in March 2017, the DMC-E-4K certification from Crestron Electronics in October 2015, the DICENTIS Technical Professional Certification from Bosch Security and Safety Systems in January 2020, and the OMNEO Networking, Professional certification from Bosch Security and Safety Systems in January 2020.
