Squadron Leader Niroo Sharma (Retd) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Squadron Leader Niroo started their career in 2006 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Hewlett Packard (India) Private Ltd. After two years in this role, they joined the Indian Air Force (IAF) in 2008, where they served as the Director of Finance & Accounts for over a decade. In 2019, they transitioned to the civilian sector and became a Senior Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis at Veneklasen Associates, Inc. Two years later, in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Regional Head - India at the same company.

Squadron Leader Niroo Sharma (Retd) has a diverse education history, reflecting their interest in finance, operations, and corporate finance. In 2018, they completed an Executive Certification in General Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, with a focus on finance and operations. Additionally, they undertook an online certificate course in Corporate Finance at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the same year.

From 2012 to 2014, Squadron Leader Sharma pursued an MBA in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law through distance education at Sikkim Manipal University. Squadron Leader Niroo acquired a solid foundation in financial management through their Bachelor of Commerce degree, which they obtained from St Joseph's College of Commerce (Autonomous) between 2003 and 2006.

In 2018, Squadron Leader Sharma also obtained a Diploma in Research Analysis from the National Institute of Financial Market, specializing in capital and derivatives financial market.
