Surya Chintapalli started their work experience as an Assistant Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra in 2007. They later became an Associate Professor and Head of Vibrations & Acoustics Laboratory at VIIT, Visakhapatnam from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Professor and Industrial Consultant at Aditya Engineering College. Currently, Surya holds the positions of Senior Associate and Head of Architectural Acoustics, Shock, Noise & Vibration at Veneklasen Associates, Inc.
Surya Chintapalli completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vasavi College of Engg from the years 2003 to 2007. Afterward, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cavity Acoustics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from the years 2009 to 2015.
