Devin Hashimoto serves as the Vice President of Culinary Operations at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since September 2025. Prior to this role, Devin held the position of Executive Chef at Resorts World Las Vegas from March 2020 to September 2025. Earlier experience at Wynn Las Vegas includes roles as Executive Chef for both the MIZUMI and ANDREA'S restaurants, as well as Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef for the ALEX restaurant from 2005 to 2011. Devin began the culinary career as a Sous Chef at RENOIR in The Mirage from 2002 to 2004. A graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Devin holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management.
