Edward Dike

Edward "Tex" Dike is a seasoned executive in the entertainment and hospitality industries, currently serving as the Vice President & General Manager of Entertainment Operations at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dike was the General Manager of UFC Apex, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and developing strategies for the company's first owned production facility. Dike held various leadership positions at Caesars Entertainment, including Vice President & General Manager of The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and Zappos Theater, directing operations for two of the top theaters in the United States. Experience also includes management of entertainment and food & beverage operations at Hooters Casino Hotel and consultancy for the House of Blues. Dike's career began at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where significant contributions to entertainment marketing and operational management were made. Dike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Michigan State University.
