Elizabeth Gonzalez

Elizabeth Gonzalez is an experienced procurement professional with a focus on the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since June 2007, Elizabeth has held various roles including Sr. Food & Beverage Buyer and Purchasing F&B Buyer. Prior to this, Elizabeth was a Food & Beverage Buyer for the Venetian / Palazzo Hotel and Casino from 2010 onwards and worked as a Purchasing Coordinator at Planet Hollywood Resort from April 2002 to June 2007. Elizabeth holds an Associate degree in Business Management with a Human Resource Management emphasis from the College of Southern Nevada, completed between 2000 and 2002.
