Serena Turner

Serena Turner possesses extensive experience in application support and management within the gaming and hospitality sectors. Most recently, Serena served as the Assistant Director of Application Support at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas from September 2015 to January 2025, focusing on gaming applications such as ACSC, Table Manager, and Everi. Prior roles include Network Operations Center Manager at American Homes 4 Rent and Application Manager at Affinity Gaming, LLC, as well as Sr. Applications Specialist at Affinity Gaming. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the College of the Ozarks, obtained in January 2001.
