Lucas von Hertzen

Lucas von Hertzen is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Venga since March 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Deputy CEO at Budbee from June 2017 to October 2022, where significant contributions were made towards transforming the last-mile delivery landscape for e-commerce. Earlier, Lucas held various positions at Roland Berger from October 2014 to June 2017, where expertise was gained in consultancy, culminating in roles as COO and CFO. Additional experience includes analytical roles at MCF Corporate Finance and UB Capital, as well as equity sales at United Bankers. Lucas von Hertzen holds a Master of Science in Finance from Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan and completed an exchange program at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
