Tuğba Sekübay

Tuğba Sekübay is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in IT and recruitment. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at VENHANCER since October 2022, Tuğba oversees a variety of HR functions, including talent management, training programs, performance evaluation, and personnel productivity enhancement. Previous roles include Human Resource Recruiter Manager and IT Recruiter at Piksel Mutfak Bilişim Hizmetleri, along with HR positions at Kartaca, Mobven, and Bilge Adam Bilişim Grubu. Tuğba holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Bahcesehir University, an MBA from Fatih University, and is pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems at Istanbul University.
