Claudia Lau is a pediatrician with experience at various healthcare institutions such as Kaiser Permanente, MORNINGSIDE PEDIATRICS, PLLC, and UCLA Health. Claudia also served as Chief Resident at UCLA Health, where Claudia mentored pediatric residents and implemented programmatic changes to improve resident wellness. Additionally, Claudia has conducted research in Food Allergy & Asthma at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Claudia holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.

In November 2021, Venice Family Clinic and South Bay Family Health Care merged, combining more than a century of experience and expanding the scope and comprehensiveness of its services to 45,000 patients and to people without care stretching from the Santa Monica Mountains through the South Bay.
