Yvette Roberts, M.A.

Yvette Roberts, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Yvette currently works at Venn Software as a People Operations Generalist. Prior to this, they worked as a People Operations Coordinator at the same company, where they specialized in securing remote work on unmanaged or BYOD computers. Yvette also founded their own consulting company, Lark Hill Consulting LLC, where they served as a Career Advisor, providing people-centered career solutions. Yvette gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Balance Now in 2021. Yvette also worked as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's, contributing to the team from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, they served as an Organizational Development Intern at the Center for Workplace Consulting in 2021. Yvette's earlier work experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Social Psychology at UC Santa Barbara from 2018 to 2020 and as a Research Assistant in Botany at the University of California, Riverside from 2014 to 2017.

Yvette Roberts, M.A. earned their Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in the years 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from UC Santa Barbara from 2016 to 2020. Yvette's education journey started at Polytechnic High School, where they received their High School Diploma between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, they hold a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, which they obtained in January of 2023.
