Mike Range

He joined the Healthcare Tech and Digital teams in 2010 following up on the interest in technology and a long term interest in the NHS as a son of two clinicians. He is currently the Head of Projects and Healthcare, tasked with developing the Non-Clinical and Clinical healthcare recruitment services, and the management and development of the core frameworks and PSLs. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager in London leading Venn Group’s Healthcare and Education division.

The core areas of expertise are primarily public sector recruitment frameworks, bid and tender management, PSL development and coordinating and delivering outcome or service based projects and services. He is also support the COO with various internal projects and programmes ranging from policy creation to IT and digital systems projects. He enjoy developing staffing and project solutions that solve the, often complex, requirements the clients and candidates present, and parachuting in to support various teams and offices across the UK – no two days or projects are the same!
