He initially joined Venn Group as he wanted to work for a company with drive, ambition and integrity - in the correct balance. That is what he found, and the reason he have stayed, with Venn Group.

He take an innovative approach wherever possible and believe attention to detail and hard work are critical to success. He all hope there is a single secret to making something work, but invariably its continually refining all the small individual elements, which ultimately gets us to where he want to be.
