Jet Gijsbrechts

Jet Gijsbrechts is a Project Manager for Biomarker Analysis at Venn Life Sciences, part of hVIVO plc, since April 2023, responsible for managing the outsourcing process of biomarker analysis across various clinical trial stages. Prior to this role, Jet served as Study Director at Charles River Laboratories from September 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included the development, optimization, and validation of new assays, as well as coordination of studies in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations. Jet's earlier experience includes positions as a lab technician and intern in genetic and in vitro toxicology at WIL Research and various internships focusing on analytical methods and biological studies at Nutrilab B.V, Wageningen Bioscience, and University College Cork. Jet holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology & Medical Laboratory Research from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
