Dr. Wolfgang Gœtz

Dr. Wolfgang Gœtz has had a long and varied career in the medical field. Dr. Wolfgang began their career in 2007 as a Cardiac Surgeon at the Deutsches Herzzentrum Mœnchen des Freistaates Bayern - Klinik an der Technischen Universitœt Mœnchen. In 2009, they became the CEO and Founder of Transcatheter Technologies GmbH, where they developed a proprietary platform technology for folding self-expanding valve prostheses and endovascular stents. In 2016, they became a Medical Scientific Advisor for New Age Ventures and medifundo GmbH. In 2017, they founded and became the Managing Director of Prima Medical Technologies GmbH. In 2018, they founded and became the Managing Director of Artract Medical GmbH, the Chairman of the Board and Founder of Venock Medical GmbH, and the Managing Director and Founder of Semiflow Medical GmbH. In 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Directors for Artract Medical Inc.

Dr. Wolfgang Gœtz began their educational journey in 1987 when they enrolled at the University of Regensburg to study Medicine. Dr. Wolfgang continued their studies at the University of Regensburg until 1989. Dr. Wolfgang then moved to The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg to continue their studies in Medicine until 1992. In 1992, they earned an MD from the University of Regensburg.
