Alexandra Blanco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and business consultancy. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Enablement at Vensure Employer Solutions since October 2020, Alexandra has successfully trained over 150 PEO & HCM Business Consultants in 2024 and 154+ in 2025 through a proprietary onboarding program. As the founder and CEO of RAYNA Social Club, an all-female networking group, Alexandra empowers women in the workforce by organizing events that connect ambitious professionals and showcase successful female leaders. Prior experience includes roles at ADP as an SBS Associate District Manager and at ScribeAmerica as a TeleScribe. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida International University and a high school diploma from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
