J. Michael Wills

J. Michael Wills is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in instructional design and teaching. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Learning and Development at Vensure Employer Services since February 2022, J. Michael previously worked as an AP Reader for The College Board from June 2016 to June 2022. A dedicated educator, J. Michael's experience spans over two decades, including roles as a Secondary Science Teacher at Rift Valley Academy, Battle Ground Academy, and St. David's School, where responsibilities included developing digital curricula, leading professional development workshops, and mentoring students and teachers. J. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Science Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gordon College.
