Phil Urso has been working in the sales industry for over 15 years. Phil began their career as a sales representative for CoAdvantage, and quickly rose through the ranks to become Senior Vice President of National Sales. In this role, Phil was responsible for recruitment, development, and driving succession plans and employee career-paths. Phil also played a key role in exceeding annual sales plan goals for the Florida market, as well as expanding territories and increasing market share.

In September 2012, Phil left CoAdvantage to join Vensure Employer Services as Chief Sales Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing the sales team, as well as developing new business opportunities. Phil has successfully implemented a new consultative sales process and delivery model that has allowed Vensure to differentiate itself in the market. Under Phil's leadership, the company has seen strong growth and has been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" by multiple publications.

Phil is a proven performer with a track record of success. Phil is a Presidents Club performer all five years and has been responsible for assisting with the structure & delivery of the Sales Training Program. Phil has also successfully completed sales integration of PEO Merger with PEMPCO. In addition, they achieved their career-high ASP ($ Per Rep) in 15+ years in the PEO Space. To date, Phil has sold over 24,000 Worksite Employees.
