Tommy Knapp

Tommy Knapp currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at The Fort, overseeing the launch of a premier pickleball facility featuring 43 courts and the world's first pickleball stadium. Previous roles include Director of Partnerships for The Pickle Games, the largest pickleball festival and tournament, and Senior Business Development Specialist at Vensure Employer Solutions, where talent acquisition and recruitment were key focuses. Knapp has extensive experience in business development, having held leadership positions at Benjamin Douglas, Miami Marlins, Fort Lauderdale Strikers, Florida Panthers, Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, and Tours of Vision International. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Ithaca College.
