Randy Beeman

Randy Beeman has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Randy is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Ventamatic, where they identify growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. Previously, Randy served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at XPO Logistics, where they oversaw logistics operations and managed customer relationships. Randy also held the position of Division President at Hyphen Solutions, where they led the P&L performance of the division and secured alliances to extend the reach of the company's solutions. Prior to that, Randy founded their own consulting firm, The SBIS Group, where they focused on creating value through innovative business improvement strategies. Randy also worked for Johnson & Johnson, where they held various executive roles, including Executive Director of Process Excellence. Randy's early career includes roles at Lockheed Martin and the William C. Conner Foundation.

Randy Beeman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, from 1984 to 1989. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Christian University.
